Eligible employees of Tate Engineering are provided a wide range of benefits. Benefit eligibility is dependent upon a veriety of factors, including employee classification such as full-time or part-time.

ALL BENEFITS ARE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BY APPLICABLE LAWS AND APPLICABLE MASTER CONTRACTS AND BENEFIT GUIDES. SOME BENEFIT PROGRAMS REQUIRE EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUTION WHILE OTHERS ARE PAID, IN PART OR FULLY, BY TATE.

Details of benefits are outlined in benefit guides and other printed materials which will be distributed to each new hire at the time of orientation. Questions should be directed to the Human Resources Department.

  • Tate Retirement Savings Plan (401K)
    • No waiting period to begin contributing
    • Defer minimum of 1% to 18% in a minimum of 1% increments or to maximum dollar amount allowed by IRS
    • 2% Employer Basic Contribution (must be actively employed & have 1,000 hours worked at end of Plan year)
    • 5% Employer Match Contribution (must be contributing to the Plan, actively employed, & have minimum of 1,000 hours worked at end of Plan year). Match is discretionary, based on a sliding scale, determined by ROS.
