This course is designed for the newer service technician, giving them a good foundation of our product line, the basics of thermodynamics, product detail, basic electrical, accessories and their function, basic burner setup including parallel positioning (FARC), troubleshooting, and system considerations. This is essentially classroom instruction, but does include demonstrations through the Cleaver-Brooks Product Show Trailer. |

Management, Assessment & Optimization
(Formerly Firetube Level II):
This course has been designed for the more advanced technician, going into much more detail with topics such as combustion advancements, emissions, efficiency improvement, control technologies, PLC based control and interface, product nuances, troubleshooting, Hawk ICS overview including options, and steam/hot water systems. Part of the curriculum includes breakout sessions with a tour through the Cleaver-Brooks Product Show Trailer. |
